سياسة الخصوصية

STAGING ONLY — بيئة اختبار ببيانات اصطناعية فقط. هذا النص ليس سياسة خصوصية للعملاء الحقيقيين. لا تدخل اسمًا أو رقم هاتف أو عنوانًا أو وثيقة هوية أو بطاقة دفع أو موقعًا أو صورة أو أي معلومات شخصية حقيقية. هذه البيئة مخصصة للمختبرين المصرح لهم باستخدام حسابات وهمية وبيانات اختبار فقط.

تسجل بيئة أسواقي التجريبية الحسابات الوهمية والطلبات المحاكاة وحالات التوصيل ومراجع الدفع التجريبي وسجلات التشخيص للتحقق من عمل تطبيق العميل والمتجر والمندوب والمشغل. قد يطلع فريق المشروع ومقدمو الخدمات التقنية المهيأون على بيانات الاختبار. يمكن إعادة ضبط قاعدة البيانات والسجلات والنسخ الاحتياطية أو حذفها أثناء الاختبار، ولا توجد مدة حفظ مضمونة لبيانات الاختبار. يمكن طلب حذف الحساب التجريبي من مشغل المشروع. إذا أُدخلت بيانات شخصية حقيقية بالخطأ، توقف عن الاستخدام وتواصل فورًا مع مشغل المشروع لتقييمها وإزالتها.

لا يجيز هذا النص معالجة بيانات العملاء أو المندوبين الحقيقيين. يجب نشر نص خصوصية عربي وإنجليزي منفصل ومراجع ومؤرخ قبل قبول مستخدمين حقيقيين.

Do not enter a real name, phone number, address, identity document, payment card, location, photograph, or other personal information here. This environment is for authorized testers using invented accounts and test credentials only.

The Aswaqi staging service records test accounts, simulated orders, delivery status, test-payment references, and diagnostic logs to check the customer, store, driver, and operator workflow. Authorized project staff and configured technical providers may process these test records. The staging database, logs, and backups may be reset or deleted during testing; no retention period is promised for test records. Ask the project operator to remove a test account if needed. If you accidentally submitted real personal information, stop using the service and contact the project operator immediately so it can be assessed and removed.

This notice does not authorize processing real customer or driver data. The public service must publish separately reviewed, versioned Arabic and English privacy text before accepting real users.
