شروط الاستخدام

STAGING ONLY — بيئة اختبار ببيانات اصطناعية فقط. هذه شروط للبيئة التجريبية وليست شروط شراء سلع حقيقية. يقتصر الوصول على المختبرين المصرح لهم. استخدم بيانات وهمية للعميل والمتجر والمندوب وبطاقات الاختبار المنشورة من مزود الدفع فقط. لا تقدم طلبًا وتتوقع أن يجهز المتجر سلعًا أو ينتقل المندوب أو تُحصّل أو تُرد أموال حقيقية.

قبول الطلب وتعيين المندوب والتتبع وتسليم النقد وعرض الفاتورة والإلغاء والاسترداد في هذه البيئة عمليات محاكاة للتحقق من البرنامج. الأسعار والأرصدة التجريبية لا قيمة تجارية لها. قد يغير مشغل المشروع الحسابات والطلبات وبيانات الاختبار أو يعيد ضبطها دون إشعار. لا تستخدم بطاقة دفع حقيقية أو تسلم نقدًا حقيقيًا، ولا تعتمد على البيئة التجريبية لشراء أو توصيل فعلي.

يجب بيان التزامات كل متجر حقيقي بصفته البائع ومصدر الفاتورة، وكذلك التوصيل والإلغاء والاسترداد، في شروط عامة منفصلة ومعتمدة قبل إطلاق الخدمة للعملاء الحقيقيين. لا يجوز عرض هذا النص التجريبي بصفته تلك الشروط العامة.

STAGING ONLY — SYNTHETIC TEST DATA. These are test-environment terms, not terms for buying real goods. Access is limited to authorized testers. Use invented customer, store, and driver details and the payment provider's published test cards only. Do not place an order expecting a store to prepare goods, a driver to travel, or money to be collected or refunded.

Order acceptance, driver assignment, tracking, cash handover, invoice display, cancellation, and refund actions in this environment are simulations for checking software behavior. Test prices and balances have no commercial value. The operator may change or reset test accounts, orders, and data without notice. Do not use a real payment card or send real cash, and do not rely on the staging service for an actual purchase or delivery.

Each real store's seller, invoice, delivery, cancellation, and refund obligations must be set out in separately approved public terms before a real-customer launch. This staging text must never be shown as those public terms.
